The Camp Defense Plan was put into action by QCCPS around 2:00 AM in reaction to an impending attack by a communist terrorist organization. QCPS personnel quickly organized to strengthen the camp's fortifications and get ready for possible hostilities after realizing the seriousness of the situation. This proactive approach demonstrates QCPS's dedication to anticipating security risks and shielding people and property from outside attack.

At 11:00 AM that same morning, QCCPS was the first to respond to an ambush that was intended to target a well-known person who had been imprisoned. Despite the difficult conditions, QCCPS officers responded as first responders, stabilizing the scene until the arrival of Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO) personnel and offering vital medical aid. This prompt and immediate action demonstrates QCCPS's preparedness to meet danger head-on and offer essential assistance during emergencies.

Soon later, around 11:30 AM, QCCPS was called to the scene of an alleged hostage-taking inside the Philippine Landbank. Personnel from the QCCPS bravely stepped in to free all hostages and capture the offenders when lives were at stake. QCCPS effectively handled the situation and made sure that everyone involved was safe by coordinating quickly and carefully. This bravery demonstrates QCCPS's dedication to preserving community life and welfare even in the face of extreme peril.

Further demonstrating the constant threat posed by terrorism and violent extremism, QCCPS witnessed a response to an improvised explosive device (IED) threat in the afternoon at 3:00 PM. A walk-in complaint about child abuse was received by QCPS at 1:30 AM, emphasizing the seriousness and urgency of the case. As soon as they received the report, QCPS officers opened an investigation to look into the claims and give the victim the support and safety she needed. This prompt action demonstrates QCPS's commitment to protecting society's most vulnerable citizens and holding abusers responsible for their acts.

At 11:00 PM onwards, QCPS carried out an entrapment operation in reaction to a complaint regarding the alleged possession and commercial exploitation of a sexual video featuring the victim. The goal of this operation was to capture the culprit and stop the victim from being used further. By acting quickly to stop situations of exploitation and abuse, QCPS shows that it is steadfast in its commitment to upholding the rights and dignity of every member of the community.

QCPS was alert and aggressive all day in preparation for the New People's Army (NPA) Anniversary and Summer Vacation (SUMVAC) 2024. March 19, 2024- Through a number of coordinated measures and engagements, the Quezon City Police Station (QCPS) remained attentive and proactive throughout March 19, 2024, assuring the safety and well-being of the community.

Every day in the Quezon City Police Station Conference Room, starting at 9:00 AM, QCPS officers led by Chief PCR PSSg Art Lorenz F. Francisco held Police Information and Continuing Education (PICE) sessions. Under the direction of PLTCOL Shelwyn Ryan D. Pedregosa, Chief of Police, this session aimed to reinforce the Chief PNP's Five Focused Agenda. QCPS makes sure that its officers are prepared to carry out their duties with the highest level of competence and professionalism by improving personnel's knowledge and understanding of aggressive law enforcement, personnel welfare, integrity enhancement, technological development, and community engagement.

The Quezon Component City Police Station (QCCPS) staff was briefed on the New People's Army (NPA) anniversary and the Summer Vacation (SUMVAC) 2024 later in the day at 7:30 PM. Personnel were placed on full alert status per PLTCOL Shelwyn Ryan Pedregosa's order, which meant that police visibility had to be increased, checkpoints had to be used, intelligence had to be gathered, camp defense plans had to be implemented, cooperation with other law enforcement agencies had to be maintained, and social media platforms had to be used to spread word about possible threats. This proactive approach demonstrates QCPS's dedication to anticipating security threats and guaranteeing community safety.

Furthermore, at approximately 6:00 PM, three walk-in complainants who were civilians were accommodated by QCPS staff members, demonstrating their compassion and commitment to providing excellent service. During the operation, Mr. Tulog was captured, and he was taken to the Quezon City Police Station to be booked and have an inquest. This action demonstrates the QCPS's commitment to upholding the law and guaranteeing community responsibility.

After witness Yuki David informed authorities of the disturbing discovery, QCCPS, under the command of PLTCOL Joseph Lester C. Lidem, launched an instant inquiry.
