July 6, 2026 | Concepcion Pinagbakuran Elementary School proudly joins the nationwide Simultaneous Flag Raising Ceremony in commemoration of the 10th Anniversary of the 2016 South China Sea Arbitral Award, in accordance with the directive of the Department of Education.

This meaningful observance reinforces the values of patriotism, national unity, respect for the rule of law, and responsible citizenship among our learners and school personnel. Through this activity, the school reaffirms its commitment to nurturing informed, values-driven, and socially responsible Filipinos in line with the Department of Education's vision of developing Makabata, Makabansa learners.
