University officials, student services personnel and executives, together with their delegates of seven campuses of NISU gathered to streamline administrative processes, evaluate ongoing student welfare initiatives, and align campus operations with the university's overarching strategic vision today, September 4, 2026 at Campus Gymnasium.

The assembly focused on strengthening core support mechanisms vital to academic life, including guidance and counseling, health and wellness, registrar services, admission, scholarship coordination, and student organization governance.

Ms. Maybel C. Francisco, SAS Campus Director of NISU in Sara welcomed the attendees together with the University President Dr. Raffy B. Chavez and Ms. Fatima A. Golingay Administrative Officer IV of NISU in Sara.

Dr. Chavez, encouraged everyone to view the activities as one collective effort, support one another, and contribute to programs that benefit students, particularly those who are less fortunate.
"We have to address the needs of the industry, we need to address our community, we need to address the needs of our University. We are here for the next generation. " he added.

Mr. Kenith Villaruel, SAS Campus Director of NISU in Barotac Viejo presented the roadmap of the program, while the break-out session led by University Director SAS, Dr. Brandon P. Rivera.

The afternoon session highlighted the presentation of outputs from different campus offices. Presented performance reports aimed at reducing administrative delays and improving overall service delivery across all student-facing departments.

The event proceeded with a shared commitment from both administration and student organizations to execute and promote open communication and align student-led activities with the universityโ€™s overarching mission of holistic development and operational excellence to foster strong community ties throughout the academic year.
