In celebration of the 43rd Founding Anniversary of the Army Reserve Command, the University of Santo Tomas ROTC Unit participated in the 10th RESCOM-Wide Simultaneous Blood Donation Activity held on August 15, 2026, at Manila High School, Intramuros, Manila

​With this year's theme: "Ang Inyong Matatag na Tagapag-Buo ng Laang Kawal," the Cadet Officers demonstrated that service extends far beyond the field. By contributing to the lifesaving drive, the unit highlighted its commitment to service and civic duty.

TWO ECONOMICS students from the Faculty of Arts and Letters tied for the highest speaker ranking at the 17th Young Economists’ Convention (YEC) Debate Competition, an annual tournament featuring 16 three-member teams from various Philippine universities.

Representing the University as Ceteris ParibUST, Economics students Pam Ashley Fale and Vzam Cyruz Gyan Lu shared the tournament’s highest speaker ranking after posting identical averages of 75.67 speaker points. Their teammate, Jego Paulo Martinez, placed fourth with an average of 75 speaker points.
