A day filled with pride, joy, and inspiration as we celebrate the achievements of our dear graduates and movers of FJ Santibañez Memorial Elementary School 🎓

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our inspiring guest speaker, Engr. Alfred C. Batislaon of DOH WV CHO, whose powerful life story reminded us that success is not measured by awards alone—but by perseverance, diligence, and the courage to rise above life’s challenges. 🌱

We are also honored by the presence of our Schools Division representatives, Sir Dexter Diergos, Education Program Supervisor in LRMDS, who served as our Confirmation Speaker, and Miss Althea C. Montebon.
