• Ayon a International Women's Day (IWD) organization, Ang Purple o Lila ay nauugnay sa kasaysayan sa mga pagsisikap na makamit ang pagkakapantay-pantay ng kasarian. Sa buong mundo, ang purple ay kinikilala bilang kulay ng kababaihan na sumisimbolo sa katarungan at dignidad.
