​Ang Santiago City Council po ang may pinakamataas na porsyento ng mga kabataang aktwal na sumali at nagparehistro kumpara sa kabuuang bilang ng mga estudyanteng pwedeng maging miyembro rito.

Nagsagawa ng oryentasyon ang Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) - CH Outfit 110 sa Bulwagang Judge Nazario T. Abaya nitong Hulyo 16, 2026. Tinalakay ang mga tungkulin at pananagutan ng bawat Skawt, wastong pag-uugali, disiplina, at mga nakatakdang gawain ng samahan.

Pinangunahan ang programa nina SL. Richmond Rumbaoa (Outfit Advisor), Sct. Daryll N**i (SCL), Sct. Carlos III L. Abrasaldo (ASCL), Sct. Jhonrey M. Mariano (F-SCL), at mga opisyal ng outfit. Ipinaalala rin ang pagbabantay sa School Gates tuwing umaga bilang bahagi ng paglilingkod at pagpapanatili ng kaayusan at seguridad sa paaralan.

Kasunod ng oryentasyon, nagsagawa ng maikling pagpupulong ang mga opisyal na outfit upang talakayin ang mga darating na gawain, paghahanda sa mga programa, at pagpapatibay ng pamumuno sa samahan.

Naisagawa ang gawain sa suporta ng pamunuan ng paaralan sa pangunguna ni Dr. Elmerchita B. Ribuca, Principal III at Institutional Head, kasama ang mga tagapayo ng samahan, na patuloy na gumagabay sa paghubog ng disiplina, pananagutan, at diwa ng paglilingkod ng bawat Skawt.

The Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) Outfit 110 of Santiago City National High School held its PER Crew Officers Election at the Mini Amphitheater as part of its continuous effort to develop responsible leaders and strengthen teamwork among Scouts.

The activity was led by SCL. Daryll N**i, ASCL. Carlos Abrasaldo III, and the Outfit Officers, who assisted in the conduct of the election and guided the Scouts throughout the activity. The election aimed to select officers who will help in organizing and supporting the upcoming activities of the outfit.

After the election, a short meeting was conducted to discuss the responsibilities of officers, upcoming activities, discipline, and event planning. The discussion reminded the Scouts of the importance of commitment, cooperation, and leadership in carrying out their duties.

The activity was made possible through the support of the school administration and the guidance of the adult leaders, including Dr. Elmerchita B. Ribuca, Principal III/Institutional Head, Scout Leader Richmond Rumbaoa, SCNHS-BSP Outfit Advisor, and Scout Leader Geovanie B. Lumibao, Wood Badge Holder (WBH), SCNHS-BSP Co-Outfit Advisor. Their support continues to help strengthen the scouting program and leadership development of BSP Outfit 110.

Through the cooperation of the Scouts and leaders, the activity became a meaningful step toward building a more disciplined, organized, and active outfit.

The Senior Scouts of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines – Santiago City National High School Chapter proudly rendered service by assisting at the school's entrance and exit gates alongside the school security personnel and teachers.

As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe, secure, and orderly learning environment, our Senior Scouts conducted bag inspections and helped monitor the school gates. More than just a daily responsibility, this duty reflects the values that every Scout upholds—discipline, integrity, responsibility, and selfless service.

Through every bag checked and every gate monitored, we contribute to the protection and well-being of our fellow students, ensuring that our school remains a place where everyone can learn with confidence and peace of mind.

True service begins with small acts done with dedication. As Scouts, we remain Always Prepared to serve our school and community with honor.

The Senior Scouts of Santiago City National High School remain steadfast in their mission to serve with honor, lead by example, and uphold the ideals of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines.

📢 BSP Meeting Update

Earlier today, BSP Outfit Advisor Sir Richmond Rumbaoa, together with Co-Outfit Advisor/WBH Sir Geovannie Lumibao, conducted a meeting with the Outfit Crew Leaders and Assistant Crew Leaders to discuss their responsibilities and preparations for S.Y. 2026–2027.

The meeting focused on the BSP's duties, including gate assignments, where Scouts will assist in guarding the Batibot, Marawi, and Main Gates through a daily crew rotation every morning to help ensure the safety and security of the campus.

The implementation of Project MASID was also discussed, along with the distribution of crews and the selection of crew names.
