To our dearest Organizational Adviser, 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗿. 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗦. 𝗨𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗱𝗼, thank you for being more than an adviser to the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers – ULS Student Chapter. Thank you for your guidance, patience, encouragement, and for believing in us.

Your presence has shaped not only the officers, but also the students of PICE ULS SC. Every lesson, every reminder, every challenge you gave us, and every moment you shared with our PICE family will remain a part of our journey.

As you sign off from your role, we may be saying goodbye to having you as our adviser, but we will never say goodbye to the impact you have made. Your legacy will continue through every future leader, every project, and every student engineer who carries forward the values you helped instill in us.
