The Schools Division Office of Santa Rosa City successfully conducted an Orientation on Procurement Requirements based on RA 12009 for DepEd Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs), held on April 29β30, 2026 at Bulwagan Arcillas, 4th Floor. The activity brought together top management, unit and section heads, and all other concerned personnel to strengthen their understanding of procurement policies and ensure that all initiatives remain aligned with government guidelines. It served as a valuable opportunity for participants to revisit essential processes and clarify their roles in managing programs funded under both DepEd and the Special Education Fund (SEF).
Throughout the orientation, discussions focused on improving the planning and ex*****on of PPAs while reinforcing accountability among program proponents. Participants actively engaged in conversations on compliance, proper documentation, and aligning procurement practices with the Division Education Development Plan. The activity not only enhanced technical knowledge but also fostered a shared commitment to transparency and efficiency in delivering quality services to schools and learners.
