Di ako mahilig makipagchikahan sa mga other chefs na madalas pinagcchismisan ang iba.

Isa lang ang kaya ko ipagmalaki sa sarili ko noong nagsisimula palang ako...

Di ako marunong sumuko kahit maraming nanlalait at humuhusga. Kahit maraming pinagdadaanan.

I guess lahat tayo may hell day, hell week, hell month, minsan hell year pa. And yes, for me, it's 2025. Kung gano ka productive and positive ang 2024, ganon ako ka demotivated to the point na naubos ko savings dahil hindi ako masyado makapag work due to health reasons. Andameng bedrest / sit rest moments. To the rescue si Alyanna at Stimson.

Sabi ng doctors ko un katawan ko overworked na. Inabuso sa sobrang trabaho, stress at puyat. Kaya nagkasabay sabay lahat lumabas ang sakit.

May mga parte talaga ng buhay na sadyang susubukin ka.
’Yung tipong akala mo maayos na ang agos ng buhay at parang pabor na sa’yo ang lahat.

Pero nitong nakaraang June, may nangyaring hindi ko kailanman inasahan.
Para sa privacy, hindi ko na idedetalye.
Pero sapat na para mag alala ako for myself. Trully, health is wealth.

At doon ko naintindihan:
May mga plot twist ang buhay na hindi dumarating para sirain ka,
kundi para ibalik ang paa mo sa lupa.
Para ipaalala na kahit gaano ka na kalayo,
kailangan mo pa ring manatiling mapagkumbaba.
Na ang tagumpay ay hindi dahilan para lumipad o lumaki ang ulo,
kundi paalala kung gaano ka pa dapat magpasalamat.

Minsan, sinusubok tayo ng buhay
hindi para ibagsak,
kundi para turuang tumayo muli
nang mas matatag, mas totoo, at mas grounded.

Ung tindi ng pagsubok na binibigay nya sa akin right now sabi nila ay tindi rin ng reward kapag nilampasan ko. 😭

I have hit rock bottom in 2025, but I guess, there is no other way but up kung tutuloy tuloy lang this 2026. 🙏🙏🙏

Kahit healthwise hirap ako, sige lang. Lahat kilos yun..gawa.. tiyaga.. perseverance.. at siempre Trust and Faith in God..

What we had last year, those are all His mercy and Grace.. His blessings and provisions.. kaya dapat lagi tayong grateful. Un mga blessings ni Lord gamitin natin to bless others din. Makikita mo inuulan ka na ng blessings 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Mahirap maging mabuti at mahirap maging masama.

So piliin mong maging mabuti, walang bayad un pero may sukli.
