Objective of this program is to support SHS learners in pursuing their chosen curriculum exits.
This exciting event was participated by different colleges, universities and techvoc institution to provide valuable insights into various programs, scholarships and career opportunities. Our dedicated Guidance Counselor remains open to assist students with personalized career counseling, ensuring that each learner has the support they need to pursue their chosen path.

Labas Senior High School - Guidance & Counseling Office goes online...

KUMUKUTIKUTITAP: LSHS Christmas Tree Lighting Activity.

To feel the spirit of Christmas at Labas Senior High School, a Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony was held last December 16, 2024. This momentous event was spearheaded by the Guidance Counselor, assisted by the Y-Teens and school personnel. The countdown was witnessed by students, guests, teachers, non-teaching staff, and the School Head, Ma'am Chi Pegollo. The event also symbolizes not only the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ but also the spreading of love, kindness, and hope to everyone. Adding to the festive atmosphere, Dynamic Resonance, our school choir, serenaded everyone with an enchanting acapella rendition of Kumukutikutitap.

Labas Senior High School Guidance and Counseling and Y-Teens spearheaded the 2024 Observance of 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women (VAW) as per School Memo190 s.2024 and Proclamation 1172 with the theme: VAW Bigyang Wakas, Ngayon Na ang Oras
Highlights of the event are the following activities:
☑️Social Media (Facebook) Display Photo Blast
☑️ Infomercial on different VAW Related mandates
☑️Orange Exhibit showcasing the entries from Slogan, Poster and Poem - Making Contests
☑️Training on Basic Self Defense for School Personnel and Students headed by Mr. Ricky Marcelino (MOVE Coor), Mr. Ken Manzano, RN as the resource person.
☑️VAWC Symposium: Kamalayan - Laban sa Pangaabuso at Karahasan sa Kababaihan at Kabataan, resource speaker Brgy. Labas Social Worker - Ms. Virginia M. Peralta, RSW, MPA
☑️ Wearing of any shade of Orange (students and school personnel.
