FAMU recently conducted the official site walkthrough with the SEDA Lio and Huni Lio teams as part of the EDGE Certification process for both hospitality developments. The walkthrough allowed the teams to assess current building conditions, identify opportunities for resource efficiency, and align strategies toward more sustainable operations.

Every walkthrough is an important step in understanding how buildings can perform better — not only for operational efficiency, but also for long-term environmental impact and guest experience.
