There are moments when words simply do not seem enough to express the kind of gratitude, admiration, and respect that the heart feels.
For two consecutive days, while work was officially cancelled because of the difficult weather conditions, the HR personnel of the Division Office of Nueva Ecija together with the select Administrative Officers from the 33 districts continued working to process and complete the ECP applications.
You could have stopped. You could have simply waited for the weather to clear and for regular work to resume. And no one would have blamed you.
Perhaps to some, it may simply look like paperwork.
A folder to be checked.
A document to be verified.
A name to be encoded.
A requirement to be reviewed.
A list to be completed.
But you chose to continue.
Because behind every ECP application is a teacher who has spent years serving learners, sacrificing time, enduring challenges, and hoping for a chance to move forward in their career.
What may look like paperwork to others represents dreams, prayers, years of hard work, and hopes for a better future.
To everyone who stayed behind the scenes, checked documents, coordinated, reviewed, encoded, and made sure the process continued despite the circumstances—thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Your work may not always be seen, and your sacrifices may not always be recognized, but please know this:
You did more than process applications. You helped move teachers' dreams forward.
To the HR personnel and AOs of the 33 districts of Nueva Ecija, maraming maraming salamat for your dedication, commitment, and genuine spirit of public service.
When you could have stopped, you chose to serve.
And that is something truly worth remembering. ❤️🙏
