🌾 𝗦𝗗𝗢-𝗡𝘂𝗲𝘃𝗮 𝗘𝗰𝗶𝗷𝗮 𝗗𝗙𝗦𝗦𝗟𝗚 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝘁 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲!

In every grain of rice lies our culture and one heart as Novo Ecijanos. This month is a meaningful time to look back and appreciate the hard work and dedication of our farmers in cultivating one of the finest symbols of Filipino identity. 🇵🇭

As part of the 𝗗𝗔–𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺, the 𝗦𝗗𝗢 𝗡𝘂𝗲𝘃𝗮 𝗘𝗰𝗶𝗷𝗮, in partnership with the 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲–𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲 (𝗗𝗔–𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲) and the 𝗞𝗶𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹–𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗟𝘂𝘇𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁, introduced the RiceSpark Leadership Camp—a compact educational campsite designed to cultivate the next generation of agricultural leaders. The initiative aims to inspire young 𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗘𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 who recognize the vital role of Filipino farmers and the importance of rice and rice science in national development.

𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗞 is specially crafted to creatively engage youth as future leaders in rice science and as catalysts for prosperity in farming communities.

Before harvesting, various technical processes are conducted to ensure the quality and nutritional value of rice—reminding us that in every grain we eat is a heart that shares. ❤️

We extend our gratitude to the entire 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 for giving these young leaders an agriculturally fantastic experience in nurturing the characteristics of a 𝑹𝑰𝑪𝑬𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝒄𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒛𝒆𝒏𝒓𝒚. 🌾

As we celebrate National Scouting Month 2025, we honor every young individual who wears the Scout uniform not for recognition, but for responsibility — to lead by example, to protect the environment, and to uplift others through acts of kindness and courage.

May this celebration remind us all that greatness is not measured by badges earned, but by lives touched and communities changed through selfless service.

The YES-O at SDO Nueva Ecija, encourages all school clubs and organizations to take part in the division-wide tree planting activity. 🌱🌳
