Grade 8 - Holy Rosary

"The function of education is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically. Intelligence plus character — that is the goal of true education." - Martin Luther King Jr.

A reminder that intelligence does not only come in academics, but also in attitude. Holy Rosary, let’s end this school year as respectful, humble, and well-mannered students.

Each and every one of us has successfully survived another delightful school year filled with countless giggles and smiles. Thank you to our class officers and to our SBO representative, Gia Quithia Lirio . All of your efforts to help improve our section will always be appreciated and admired. A huge appreciation to our wonderful adviser, Sir John Paul Mueno , for never giving up on us during this journey. We want you to know that you have a special place in our hearts and that you’ve made a lasting impact on our lives, your advisory class. This may be one of the hardest goodbyes we had to bear with. Thank you for the priceless moments and memories we have created, it would be extremely different without you. We really hope that we will always remain as YOUR “Holy Rosary” class. See you around, Sir Mueno.

We are thrilled to share with you our Top Performing Students for the Academic School Year 2023 - 2024. For the last time, Congratulations Holy Rosary ‘23 - ‘24!!

A big thanks to our adviser, Sir John Paul Mueno , for all of his efforts to make every Holy Rosary student happy. We want to thank him for congratulating us for successfully completing our final exams.

We want you to know that we wouldn’t be where we are right now if it weren't for you and our subject teachers. Thank you for not only being our wonderful adviser, but also for being our friend, someone we can approach not only academically but also emotionally. We, too, want to congratulate you for being a strong and patient teacher. The amount of hard work you have exerted to help every single one of your students are beyond commendable.

Your guidance has helped us navigate through multiple challenges with confidence. Thank you for always believing in us, and thank you for making “Learning” a pleasurable experience.

“The Teachers are the Stewards and Heralds of the Message of Another.”

A teacher is a precious gift from God to us. A teacher is like a God as God is the builder of the whole universe however a teacher is considered to be the builder of a good nation. Teachers are very prestigious people in society who take responsibility for raising the common people's mind status and living standards through their magic of teaching. Parents have lots of expectations from the teachers of their kids. The role of teachers varies from classroom to playground and from student to student. A teacher is very important in the life of everyone who is supposed to be performing different tasks in our life.

To the whole community of Sta. Maria (Laguna) Academy, Inc. we want to extend our profound gratitude and unending service to the institution. From the bottom of our hearts, Happy Teacher's Day!
