Validation and Evaluation SY 2020-2021

ATTENTION TO ALL:

As we commence the enrollment for SY 2020-2021 today June 1, 2020, let us all ensure that our schools are observing the proper enrollment process as set in DepEd Order No. 008, s. 2020.
This is to reiterate the following instructions:
Strictly remote enrollment for the first 2 weeks of June thru various digital platforms - call/text/messenger/FB/email, others
Physical or face-to-face enrollment to start on the 3rd week and distribution of the printed LESF following minimum health and safety standards set by the IATF
For Grade 1-12 learners, previous advisers of learners during SY 2019-2020 will facilitate the remote enrollment for SY 2020-2021
For incoming kindergarten - the parents shall communicate to the school to enroll their learner thru the digital and/or physical enrollment established by the schools
5. For transferees - those planning to transfer from one school to
another shall directly contact the receiving school thru its
published enrollment contact details
6. For Balik-Aral enrollees - they shall directly contact the
preferred schools and the receiving schools shall register their
enrollment and survey data
7. For ALS enrollees - they may communicate their intent to
enroll thru digital and/or physical enrollment platforms
established by schools and barangays with CLCs using the ALS
Form 2 (Annex B) based on DepEd Order No. 58, s. 2017.
The guidelines, presentation materials and the LESFs were posted
earlier for further information and guidance.
