These include two slots for Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and one slot for General Education, open to qualified and passionate educators.

- Part-time Instructor – Hospitality Management (2 positions)
- Part-time Instructor – General Education (1 position)
- Applicants must have a Baccalaureate Degree or allied degree relevant to the field of specialization, preferably with a master’s degree.

Skills Training in Meat Dishes Empowers Sta. Cruz Communities

Ilocos Bright recently held an exciting skills training in meat dishes in collaboration with PESO Sta. Cruz, gathering 25 enthusiastic participants from various communities across the municipality. This hands-on workshop, conducted on December 3, 2025, focused on teaching valuable skills to prepare popular Filipino delicacies such as tocino, longganisa, and embotido.

The participants gained practical knowledge and techniques that they can apply to create these delicious treats at home or as a livelihood opportunity. This training was part of the vibrant activities celebrated during the Sta. Cruz Town Fiesta, highlighting community development and local skill-building.

The collaboration between Ilocos Bright and PESO Sta. Cruz continues to empower residents by fostering entrepreneurship and preserving culinary traditions, making the fiesta not only a time for celebration but also for growth and learning. Ilocos Bright Institute Inc. recently conducted an impactful On-the-Job Training (OJT) program for its diploma students, held in Baguio City at two prominent establishments: 456 Hotel and Mines View Park Hotel. This practical training experience was made possible through the dedicated efforts of the OJT Coordinator, Mr. Joshua Gadiano.

During their time at 456 Hotel and Mines View Park Hotel, the students gained hands-on experience in various aspects of hospitality and hotel management. This exposure to real-world work environments allowed them to apply their academic knowledge in practical settings, interact directly with guests, and understand daily operations within the hospitality industry.

The OJT program is a vital part of the curriculum at Ilocos Bright Institute Inc., designed to prepare students for their professional careers. Through this initiative, students develop crucial skills such as customer service, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability. Mr. Gadiano’s coordination ensured that the training was well-organized, relevant, and enriching for every participant.

From October 9 to 11, 2025, the prestigious Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Month (HRAB) competition was held at the Baguio Country Club, bringing together some of the finest talents from hospitality schools across the region. Marking a first-time participation, Ilocos Bright Institute proudly joined the contest and made a remarkable impression with strong performances by its students.

One of the standout competitors was Dannica Solis, a dedicated student under the Diploma Program in Hospitality Management Technology and a proud TESDA scholar. Demonstrating skill and creativity, Dannica clinched the silver medal in the Baby Cake category. Her success was guided by the expert coaching of Ms. Michelle Noto, who supported her journey and preparation throughout the competition.

The teamwork spirit shone brightly with the Events Team from Ilocos Bright Institute, consisting of Jazmien Amay, Romalyn Pig-ay, Dannica Solis, Kristine Key Guevara, and Precouis Cassey Costales. This group’s outstanding collaboration earned them a Diploma Award, showcasing their combined talents and dedication.

Adding to the institute’s achievements, Mr. Jun Mostles exhibited exceptional mastery in the art of napkin folding, winning a Diploma Award in this creative and precise category.
