The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) has approved the issuance of Certificates of Program Compliance (COPC) for six graduate programs offered by Cagayan State University-Sanchez Mira Campus and Aparri Campus, authorizing their implementation effective Academic Year 2026–2027.

Approved through separate Commission En Banc resolutions, the programs include PhD in Education major in Educational Management, MAEd major in Educational Management, MAEd major in English, MST major in Biology and MST major in Mathematics.

‎𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦 | CSU-SM enforces 'No Plastic, No Bottled Water Policy'; sale of bottled water prohibited

‎Cagayan State University (CSU) - Sanchez Mira Campus has issued a memorandum ordering the strict implementation of the No Plastic Policy and No Bottled Water Policy within the campus as part of its commitment to environmental sustainability and student welfare.
‎
‎Through Memorandum Order No. 0002, the Office of the Campus Executive Officer (OCEO) emphasized that the use, sale, and distribution of plastic bottles and Styrofoam containers are strictly prohibited within campus premises.
‎
‎The order also prohibits all food stalls and concessionaires from selling bottled water inside the campus.
‎
‎To support the implementation of the policy, water stations will be installed in strategic and high-traffic areas, while students, faculty members, and staff are encouraged to bring their own reusable water tumblers.
‎
‎Under the memorandum, food stall operators are required to comply with the prohibition on bottled water and Styrofoam containers, while violations of the policy shall be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with campus regulations.
