The concept of this advocacy campaign on Mental Health is to inform people the importance of Mental Health and help those people that has a problem with Mental Health. Mental health is an essential part of a person’s overall well-being. Mental health affects how we think, feel and act. It plays a role in our ability to handle stress, to form relationships, and research suggests that it can even affect physical health. If you can't do it alone always remember that there is always your friends and family members that is willing to listen and help no matter what your problem is.
