Closing and Press Conference of HDI-TESDA Livelihood Project or Proyekto Pangkabuhayan. TESDA provided the skills training in cookery and issued the certificate of competency and HDI in turn, prepared the food cart and utensils and the seed capital ready to be awarded to qualified beneficiaries.

We have started our partnership with TESDA to help small scale entrepreneurs become empowered and productive members of society, thereby augmenting their income. TESDA will provide the Skills Training and Entrepreneurship Development then issue the corresponding certificates while HDI will provide the foodcart, utensils and seed capital to successful participants.
