AU REVOIR to the both of you. ๐Ÿฅบ

In Kinaray-a dialect, "Au Revoir" means goodbye. But goodbye does not always mean the endโ€”it can also mark the beginning of a new chapter and a new journey.

Today, emotions filled the air as we shared heartfelt moments of gratitude and farewell to two individuals who have become an important part of the Sinundolan Elementary School family.

Ma'am Shennavie May Pugaja, Teacher I, has dedicated more than 10 years of service to the Department of Education. Through the years, she has tirelessly shared her knowledge, passion, and commitment in shaping and empowering the young learners of SES. Now, she takes a courageous leap toward a new chapter as she begins her teaching journey in the United States of America.

Likewise, Sir Elnie B. Arbuรฑol, Administrative Officer II, is also saying goodbye and kitakits as he begins his new journey as a Project Development Officer in his locality, Pangpang NHS. For more than a year, he has faithfully served SES and provided invaluable support in personnel records, compensation and benefits, property custodianship, financial management, and general administration support to teachers and school head.

Both of you have been more than just personnelโ€”you have been part of the Sinundolan Elementary School family. Your presence, service, and contributions have left a meaningful mark on the institution and on the people you have worked with.

As you take different paths toward new opportunities, may you carry with you the memories, friendships, and lessons you gained here at SES.

SCHOOL-BASED IN-SERVICE TRAINING FOR TEACHERS CULMINATES SUCCESSFULLY.

Today marks the successful culmination of the School-Based In-Service Training for Teachers of Sinundolan Elementary Schoolโ€”a meaningful journey of learning, collaboration, and professional growth. ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿซ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿซ

The culminating activity featured the presentation of the Aral Reading Intervention Program (Project STAR), thoughtfully prepared and presented by Head Teacher III, Mr. Vicente B. Garcesa. The presentation highlighted strategies and interventions aimed at strengthening reading skills and supporting learners who need additional assistance in developing their literacy competencies.

This was followed by a productive workshop, where teachers actively collaborated and planned the activities, strategies, and expected outputs to be implemented in their respective classes.
