In compliance with the Department of Education, Saint Maria Goretti School of San Pedro joined in the conduct of the National Simultaneous School Safety Drill on 03 September 2026 at 9:00 AM. The exercise emphasized preparedness in VUCAD times while affirming a faith-grounded response of calm, prayerful resilience.

As a secured, non‑porous learning environment, Goretti School underscored the vital roles of institutional vigilance and discernment.

A post-drill debriefing guided learners to heed alerts and warnings with gravitas, foster personal and situational awareness, care, and emotional composure.

The Local School Contingency Plan highlights that security extends beyond physical preparedness and tactical response. By integrating the emergency novena into critical safety protocols, safety drills are not merely technical exercises, but formative experiences in dignity, situational awareness, and faith.

[MARIAN WEEK 2026]
Despite prevailing weather disruptions, the Marian Week celebration remains a significant pastoral and spiritual formation program at Goretti School.

Through this celebration, we underscore the vital role of the school in cultivating faith-centered communities where devotion is nurtured not only through learning but also through prayer, service, and community life.

With grateful hearts, we once again extend our sincere thanks to all parents and guardians, faculty and staff, and Marian learners who shared their time, generous support, and cooperation in making this year’s celebration another meaningful expression of our faith and devotion to Mama Mary.

May this celebration continue to inspire us to live the Marian spirit in our daily lives—with faith, humility, service, and love.
