Nilagdaan na ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ang 𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗖 𝗔𝗖𝗧 𝗡𝗢. 𝟭𝟮𝟯𝟮𝟱, o ang batas na magpapalakas sa Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act (R.A. No. 10931).

Sa ilalim ng inamyendahang batas, mas mapapalawak ang mga oportunidad para sa mga Pilipinong maaaring makinabang sa mga tulong pang-edukasyon tulad ng Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES).

Kabilang sa bibigyang-prayoridad ang mga mag-aaral na nasa kalagayang mas nangangailangan ng suportang pinansyal:
✅Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) households
✅Persons with Disabilities (PWDs)
✅Indigenous Peoples (IPs)
✅Mga dependents ng solo parents

ATTENTION TES GRANTEES:

Are you a TES Grantee who graduated in 2025 or 2026? Have you filed for PRC Board Exam? Then you may apply TES-3B Grant!

Here’s what to do:

Compile the following ORIGINAL RECEIPTS which bear your full name:

1. PRC Board Exam payment
2. Review Center Enrollment Fees
3. Boarding house rental
4. Notarial fees

The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) has secured ₱56.66 million from the Higher Education Development Fund (HEDF) to continue supporting scholars taking Medical Technology/Medical Laboratory Science and Pharmacy through Academic Year 2026-2027.

The funding will support 238 ongoing scholars for the second semester of AY 2025-2026 and 300 scholars for the first semester of AY 2026-2027, helping them continue their studies and move closer to licensure and service in the country’s healthcare system.

The initiative supports President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s push to strengthen the country’s health workforce by helping develop more licensed medical technologists and pharmacists, particularly for communities and public health facilities that need them most.
