Here are the enrollment requirements for Senior High School at San Pablo Colleges!

📌 ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Locally Employed – COE, Payslip, ITR (Form 2316)
• Employed Abroad – COE, Employment Contract
• With Business – Notarized Affidavit
• Unemployed – Barangay Indigency

📌 VOUCHER DETAILS:
• If from public school – submit the required voucher indicated in the post
• If from private school with ESC – submit your ESC Certificate
• If from private school without ESC – submit an OVAP application

📍 Submit your requirements at the Senior High School Department Office, E. Alip Bldg., San Pablo Colleges
🕗 Monday to Saturday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
