VRSHS Welcomes PSDS for School Monitoring of ARAL Program Implementation

Today, Vedasto R. Santiago High School welcomed Dr. Dante Liongson, PSDS for EDDIS III Secondary, for an official school monitoring visit. This visitation aims to ensure the strategic and effective delivery of the ARAL Summer Remediation Program, tracking student progress and instructional quality in line with DepEd Order No. 010, s. 2026.

Under the leadership of School Principal IV, Dr. Bienvenido L. Guevarra Jr., the VRSHS community remains fully committed to providing intensive literacy and numeracy interventions. The administrative team, together with our dedicated tutors and volunteers, extends its gratitude for the continuous guidance of our district leadership in driving academic recovery and student success.

Enrollment will be accommodated at the Principal’s Office every Monday to Thursday, 8:00AM to 3:00PM, except holidays.

VRSHS Commences 2026 Summer Remediation Program for Academic Recovery

The 2026 Summer Remediation Program has officially commenced at Vedasto R. Santiago High School. Following the guidelines of DepEd Order No. 010, s. 2026, we held our orientation on May 6, and our intensive learning sessions officially began yesterday, May 7. The program will run until June 2, 2026, focusing on reinforcing key competencies and strengthening foundational skills in Reading and Mathematics to better prepare our learners for the upcoming school year.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to our dedicated ARAL tutors, support aides, and teacher volunteers who have spent weeks preparing instructional materials and strategies to ensure every learner receives focused and effective instruction. We also commend our tutees for their commitment to leveling up their skills this summer. Your dedication to learning is truly inspiring!

For those identified learners who haven't joined yet, we highly encourage you to participate! But remember, consistent attendance is vital to maximize the benefits of the program and ensure you are ready to progress to the next grade level.
