𝘼 𝙮𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙮 𝙚𝙛𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙩, 𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙪𝙧𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙖 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙙 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙘𝙡𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣.

The Technology and Livelihood Education (TLE) Club is honored as an Outstanding Club for School Year 2025–2026, a result of continuous effort shown in different forms of service, learning, and participation throughout the year.

What made this achievement possible was not a single event, but a series of small commitments—showing up even during busy days, contributing ideas during planning, completing tasks with care, and working with others despite differences in pace and style.

Growth was evident in how members handled responsibilities, improved their skills, and supported one another in every activity assigned. Every output reflected not just ability, but consistency and willingness to improve.

As the school year concludes, this recognition becomes a reminder of what can be accomplished when effort is shared and purpose is clear.

During the TVL/TLE Culminating Activity with the theme “Skills in Action: Building Futures Through TVL/TLE, students proudly showcased their knowledge, talents, and hands-on skills developed throughout the school year. The event highlighted the importance of technical and livelihood education in preparing us for real-life challenges and future career opportunities.

The “Share D’ Best” segment recognized outstanding performances and outputs that truly reflected creativity, dedication, and teamwork among TVL and TLE learners. It was a moment of celebration where students demonstrated not only their skills but also their confidence and passion in their chosen fields.

This culminating activity served as a reminder that TVL and TLE strands are not just subjects in school, but pathways to success. Through continuous learning, cooperation, and hard work, we are building our futures one skill at a time.

❓🥘DO YOU KNOW HOW TO COOK ADOBO? IF NOT, COME AND JOIN ME! 🙋🏽🍽️

Here's the guides how to cook adobo:

Basic Ingredients:
•Meat: 2 lbs pork belly/shoulder or chicken pieces (thighs/drumsticks)
•Soy Sauce: 1/2 cup (Filipino brand preferred)
•Vinegar: 1/4 to 1/3 cup white, cane, or apple cider vinegar
•Garlic: 1 head, crushed or minced
•Bay Leaves: 3-5 dried leaves
•Peppercorns: 1 tbsp whole black peppercorns
•Water/Broth: 1 to 2 cups
•Oil: 2-3 tbsp for searing
•Optional: 1 tsp sugar (for balance), 1 tbsp oyster sauce (for richness), sliced onions

Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Marinate
Combine the meat, garlic, soy sauce, and peppercorns in a bowl. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight in the refrigerator for deeper flavor.
Step 2: Sear the Meat
Heat oil in a large pot or wok over high heat. Sear the meat until browned on all sides (about 4-6 minutes). Remove the meat and set aside.
Step 3: Cook
In the same pot, add more garlic (and onions if using) and sauté until fragrant.
Step 4: Simmer
Step 5: Return the meat to the pot. Add the marinade, water/broth, and bay leaves. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 40 minutes to 1 hour (for pork) or 25-30 minutes (for chicken) until the meat is tender.
Step 5: Pour in the vinegar. Do not stir immediately; let it boil uncovered for 2–5 minutes to remove the raw harshness of the vinegar.
Step 6: Reduce Sauce
Continue simmering uncovered until the sauce reduces and thickens into a glaze. Taste and add salt or soy sauce if needed.
Optional Finishing Step: For a better texture, remove the meat and sear it again in a separate pan to get crispy edges before returning it to the reduced sauce.
