Contest Guidelines and Mechanics

BEST IN ATTENDANCE & HOMECOMING THEMED OUTFIT

Open to all SJPC alumni batches.
Participating batch must notify the committee of their entry.

Theme : THE DECADES: Be the OUTRAGEOUSLY SEXY YOU.

All batch members are encouraged to have a themed attire ( relevant to theme). The attendance is based on the no. of members present with themed outfit over the no. of graduates for the batch. This will be one of the criteria for judging.

Attendance Pecentage Computation: Identified Graduates: per class listing (IG) 50
No. of attendance (A) 35
% Attendance = A/IG 70%

Attendance checking will be done before the grand alumni parade.

The outfit must be worn during grand alumni parade ( first criteria judging). Other criteria Judging will be done the Afternoon program with a mini fashion.

During the mini fashion show, participating batches are given the luxury to show their "pakulo". The choice of music during their ramp segment is given to them. It must be coordinated with the technical committee. There must not be less than 15 members and not exceed 20 members to present the fashion show segment. The whole time duration of the fashion show is not to exceed three (3) minutes.

Failure to attend in the parade will automatically disqualify the batch's entry.

Likewise, failure, to follow the set time limit during the fashion show will disqualify the team's entry.

The criteria for judging is as follows:

Attendance in Themed Outfit 30%
Performance and Choreo (Modelling Segment) 30%
Uniqueness and Artistic Design
( relevant to the theme) 30%
Overall Impact of the design 10%
Total 100%

PRIZES
First Prize Php 30,000.00
Second Prize 20,000.00
Third Prize 10,000.00
5 consolation prizes @ Php5,000.00

The judges will be chosen by the Batch 94 and must not be coming from SJPC alumni association or have any connection with the alumni members.

The JUDGES'S decision is FINAL AND IRREVOCABLE

BEST in BATCH HIGANTE
Open to all alumni of SJPC Highschool ALUMNI
Participating batch must notify the committee of their entry.

Theme : THE DECADES : Be the OUTRAGEOUSLY SEXY YOU.

The HIGANTE must showcase an appearance relevant to the theme. It must have a dimension of (height) 10 ft to 15 ft and (width)3-5 ft.

The material to be used is up to the batch. As long as it is not too heavy and can we withstand the whole grand parade duration.

The HIGANTE must join the grand parade.
Failure to join the parade will disqualify the batch's entry.

The FINAL JUDGING will be done during the GRAND SHOWDOWN. It is done right after the parade.

The criteria for judging is as follows:

Uniqueness and Artistic Design 60%
Performance (Pakulo) 30%
Overall Impact of the design 10%
Total 100%

Second Prize 10,000.00
Third Prize 5,000.00
