Due to the inclement weather which is expected to continue in Metro Manila brought about by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), face-to-face classes in all levels, in both public and private schools in the City of San Juan, are hereby suspended tomorrow, August 19, 2026 to ensure the safety of everyone. Alternative learning modes shall be implemented to facilitate for the unhampered education of our students.

In the face of disruptions, the Schools Division Office (SDO) of San Juan City stands resilient, ensuring that quality education continues for every San Juaneño learner! Fully compliant with DepEd Order No. 14, s. 2026, SDO San Juan’s banner monitoring and implementation program—FLEX-IT (Flexible Learning & Education eX*****on - Implementation Tracker)—focuses on delivering quality, equity, resilience, and continuity.
As of August 14, 2026, the data from our 13 monitored public schools showcases the incredible dedication of our educators and administrators in driving this seamless transition:

96.46% of teachers have actively implemented strategic learning engagement methods to stay closely connected with their students.
97.05% of teachers have consistently provided appropriate, contextualized, and relevant learning materials suited to our learners' needs.
