As we prepare to reopen our school gates, we know that coming back from a long break can stir different feelings. Some of you might be counting the days to see your classmates and teachers again, while others may feel a little uneasy about leaving the comfort of home. And that’s okay.

Whether you’re excited, nervous, or somewhere in between, your feelings are valid. We’re here to walk with you as we begin this new chapter together.

To our dear learners (and parents too!), please know:

In a dynamic and insightful Gender and Development (GAD) session, three distinguished educators from San Jose National High School took the lead in deepening the school community’s understanding of inclusive, learner-centered practices:

𝔐𝔯𝔰. 𝔏𝔢𝔠𝔢𝔯 𝔓. 𝔇𝔢𝔩𝔩𝔬𝔯𝔬, Guidance Designate, opened the session with a brief discussion on the enhanced delivery of guidance services.

𝔐𝔯. ℜ𝔦𝔠𝔥𝔞𝔯𝔡 𝔇. 𝔊𝔲𝔞𝔡𝔞𝔩𝔲𝔭𝔢, Career Guidance Advocate, followed with an engaging presentation on Social Emotional Learning (SEL). He highlighted how SEL empowers students to navigate relationships, manage emotions, and make responsible decisions.

𝔇𝔯. ℜ𝔬𝔫𝔞𝔩𝔡 𝔓. 𝔈𝔫𝔠𝔦𝔰𝔬, School Principal II, capped the session with a timely discourse on Stress Management and Inclusive Education. He underscored the school’s commitment to creating safe, nurturing spaces for all learners, regardless of gender, background, or ability, while also equipping educators with strategies to manage stress and model resilience.

Together, their talks formed a powerful triad of support, advocacy, and leadership which reinforces the school’s dedication to holistic development and gender-responsive education.

San Jose NHS learners stepped into their dreams. Dressed as their future selves, they walked with pride, purpose, and possibility during our Career Dress Day and Career Fashion Show. From lab coats to law books, chef hats to construction gear, every outfit told a story of hope, ambition, and self-belief.

Kindly be informed that the rescheduled activity will proceed on SATURDAY, DECEMBER 13, 2025. 🤞

In light of the latest weather advisory issued by PAGASA regarding Tropical Depression Wilma, the Local Government Unit (LGU) of San Jose has declared the suspension of classes at all levels.

Consequently, our scheduled activity for tomorrow is hereby postponed. We will provide further updates regarding any changes and the rescheduling of the said activity.

Please be informed that due to the NGCP advisory regarding a scheduled power interruption in our area on Saturday, December 6, 2025, adjustments have been made to our event schedule.

CHANGE OF SCHEDULE:
The second day of the Lakbay- Gabay: Career Pathways for Purposeful Futures "Career Dress Day", "Career Fashion Show" and "Career Sessions" will now be held on FRIDAY, DECEMBER 5, 2025 instead of the originally announced date.
