March is more than a celebration, it is a statement. In observance of National Womenโ€™s Month under Republic Act No. 6949, we honor Filipinas who lead not with noise, but with impact. From decision-making tables to grassroots movements, their influence reshapes narratives and redefines power.

This yearโ€™s call, โ€œLead Like the Babaylans, Filipinas!โ€, revives the legacy of pre-colonial women whose strength was rooted in wisdom, empathy, and moral courage. Leadership, after all, is not measured by authority but by the lives it uplifts. Today, we celebrate women who rise, who resist, who rebuild and who remind us that grace and power can, and must, stand together.
