Si Apolinario Mabini ay isinilang noong 𝗛𝘂𝗹𝘆𝗼 𝟮𝟯, 𝟭𝟴𝟲𝟰 𝘀𝗮 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗮𝘂𝗮𝗻, 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘀 at namatay noong 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼 𝟭𝟯, 𝟭𝟵𝟬𝟯 𝘀𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗮. Siya ay nagmula sa mahirap na pamilya ngunit naging isang abogado at pilosopong politikal na naglingkod bilang arkitekto ng Unang Republika ng Pilipinas.

Siya rin ay kilala bilang "𝗨𝘁𝗮𝗸 𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗯𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘀𝘆𝗼𝗻" 𝗮𝘁 "𝗗𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗸𝗼". Naging unang Punong Ministro, nagbalangkas ng mga dekreto para sa pamahalaan ni Emilio Aguinaldo, at nagsulat ng 𝗘𝗹 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝗱𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗼.

The 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗥𝗲𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗡𝗗𝗣𝗥) week has come, Villagers! Taking place from July 17 to July 23 of every year, this week is dedicated to advocating for the fundamental freedoms, equal opportunities, and rights of persons with disabilities.

Ipinagdiriwang ng mga pilipino ang 𝗡𝗗𝗣𝗥 week upang mas patibayin ang pagkilala sa kakayahan at karapatan ng bawat isa. Isulong natin ang isang lipunang may pantay na oportunidad, proteksyon, at malayang pamumuhay para sa ating mga kapatid sa PWD community!
