𝗗𝗜𝗗 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗞𝗡𝗢𝗪? 🤔 Republic Act No. 11930 / Anti-OSAEC and Anti-CSAM Act is a Philippine law that establishes rules and guidelines to address online abuse and exploitation of children and protect their rights. It makes it illegal to create, share, or keep harmful content involving children, especially on the internet.

It is created by the government to ensure fairness, safety, and proper regulation in different aspects of public life. This law helps make sure that actions are guided not only by personal freedom, but also by 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 toward others and the community, especially in keeping children safe online.

As studens and citizens, understanding laws like this helps us become more 𝙖𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙚, 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙡𝙚, and 𝙞𝙣𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙚𝙙 members of society. 🏛️

𝗗𝗜𝗗 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗞𝗡𝗢𝗪? 🤔 About the Republic Act No. 9439 also known as Anti-Detention of Patients act of 2007 is a prohibits hospitals and clinics from detaining recovered patients or with holding discharge/death certificates due to unpaid bills. Ward, charity, and semi‑private patients are protected; they sign a promise‑to‑pay note instead. Private room patients are excluded. Violators face fines and imprisonment.

The RA 9439 aims to protect patients' basic human rights and dignity by prohibiting hospitals from detaining people or with holding documents over unpaid bills, ensuring that those who recover can leave immediately rather than being trapped due to poverty, and allowing them to settle their obligations later through a written promise to pay.

The Societas musical of the month—"Wait for it" is from the musical Hamilton, which tells the story of the real life of one of America's foremost founding fathers and first Secretary of the Treasury, Alexander Hamilton.

"Wait for it" is the 13th song of Act One that tells about Aaron Burr's desire to be with the wife of a British officer. The line "I am the one thing in life I can control" are the events and situations are unpredictable, and the only actions you can control are your own. The line implies that Burr is willing to wait for a time when events align so that he can control his destiny more effectively.
