Common Driving Rules & Road Courtesy🚗
1. Drive Defensively: Always anticipate potential hazards and be prepared to react calmly.
2. Use Horns Sparingly: Avoid honking at vehicles merging onto highways; they may need extra time to enter safely.
3. Keep Overtaking Lanes Clear: Use the leftmost lane for overtaking only, and return to the right lane after passing.
4. Yield When Possible: Allow other drivers to merge or change lanes when safe to do so; kindness fosters a cooperative driving environment. 
5. Approach Intersections with Caution: Slow down and be prepared to stop, especially at intersections without traffic signals.
6. Keep Right When Driving Slowly: Slower vehicles should stay in the rightmost lane to allow others to pass on the left.
7. Use Low Beams for Oncoming Traffic: Dim your headlights when vehicles are approaching to prevent glare.
8. Ensure Proper Lighting: Use standard red tail and brake lights; avoid white lights at the rear, which can confuse other drivers.
9. Avoid Overtaking on Blind Curves: Never pass another vehicle when your view of oncoming traffic is obstructed.
10. Maintain Functional Headlights: Do not drive at night if your headlights are not operational.
11. Park Considerately: Ensure your vehicle is parked within designated areas and does not block driveways or other vehicles.
12. Be Aware of Blind Spots: Regularly check your mirrors and be mindful of areas not visible to you or other drivers.
13. Use Turn Signals Consistently: Signal your intentions well in advance, even if no other vehicles are in sight.
14. Avoid Using Hazard Lights While Driving: In low visibility conditions, use your headlights and taillights; hazard lights can mislead other drivers.
15. Maintain Safe Following Distances: Keep at least a two-second gap between you and the vehicle ahead; increase this distance in adverse conditions.
16. Respect Pedestrians and Cyclists: Yield to pedestrians at crosswalks and give cyclists ample space when passing. 
17. Stay Focused and Avoid Distractions: Do not use mobile devices or engage in activities that divert your attention from driving.
18. Adapt to Road Conditions: Adjust your speed and driving style according to weather, traffic, and road conditions.
19. Use the ‘Dutch Reach’ Technique: When exiting your vehicle, use your far hand to open the door; this encourages you to look for oncoming cyclists and vehicles.
20. Express Gratitude: A simple wave or nod can acknowledge courteous behavior from other drivers and promote a positive driving culture.

Bago pumasok ng LTO main may medical sa labas, sa taas mismo ng chowking (RH Tolentino Medical Services) ang tinuro sakin ng guard sa LTO kaya doon ako pumunta, 500 pesos ang bayad,

☑️ 2. Dapat nakapag register kana din online sa https://portal.lto.gov.ph/ords/f?p=1200:HOME:116425943499590::::: dahil andito lahat ng detail ng drivers license mo at dito ka din mag e-exam about ( Comprehensive Drivers Education)

☑️ 3. Pag naka pasa kana sa exam, may isesend sayong certificate via email na katunayang ikaw ay pasado, bibigyan kana ng papel na for renewal at dumiretso na sa window 1 at ipasa lahat ng requirements (old drivers license, medical, passed CDE exam) at intayin tawagin sa window 7 cashier

☑️ 4. Pag tinawag na sa window 7, magbabayad lamang nang 585.00 pesos for renewal ng license, at dito mo na makikita kung ikaw ba ay qualified sa 10yrs or 5yrs lamang ❤️ intayin tawagin sa window 2 & 3

☑️ 5. Window 2&3 for biometrics na, (fingerprints, picture, pirma) tatanungin lang kung may babaguhin ba sa mga details mo or wala,
