Behind the logo:
The central color theme is warm, harmonizing with the focal point of the logo — the torch. This element symbolizes knowledge, talent, and the burning passion of the students. The additional components of the art piece, such as the parol and mic, reflect the skills and cultural heritage of these students. The stars arranged below represent the 21 divisions of Region 3, while the sun rays emanate from the Golden Sun of the Philippine flag, symbolizing freedom, unity, and the eight provinces. 💛
