Today, September 21, marks the 53rd anniversary of the declaration of Martial Law — a dark chapter in our history when justice was concealed, voices were silenced, and Filipinos were stripped of their freedom. We remember not to dwell in fear, but to honor the resilience of those who endured, and to ensure that such oppression will never again define our nation.

This fight is for every Filipino who has been silenced, overlooked, or denied the justice and dignity that rightfully belong to them. It is for the workers who toil endlessly yet remain unseen, for the youth whose dreams hang in the balance, for the mothers and fathers who only wish for a better tomorrow for their children.

We fight because we believe in freedom. We fight because we believe in truth. We fight because every Filipino deserves to live with dignity, equality, and hope. And we stand here today not just as individuals, but as one people, bound by a shared responsibility to protect our democracy, to guard our future, and to honor those who came before us by continuing the struggle they once began.

Today, we do not stand in fear — we stand in strength. Today, we do not remain silent — we speak with one voice.

Never again. Never forget.

A big thank you to our NSTP Coordinator, Mr. Andrei B. Gonzales, MPA, for giving us the chance to collaborate in the seminar “Civic Education: Building Responsible Citizens for the Nation.” 🙌

The experience was not only insightful but truly inspiring. Thank you, Mr. John Carlo A. Manabat, LPT, MAPS, for showing us that civic education goes beyond theories and discussions. It calls us to act with purpose, to turn even the smallest steps into lasting impact, and to embrace responsibility as a shared mission for building a better nation.

Here’s to more seminars that spark ideas, fuel passion, and remind us that every little effort counts toward building a stronger nation! 🇵🇭❤️✨
