Lorma Colleges Faculty & Staff Club The FSC is a democratic and independent faculty and staff organization in the management of employee Functions:

3. It shall pursue and promote the goals and objectives of the institution in all phases of academic growth.

5. It shall recognize the vital role of every employee in nation and Christian community building, leadership training and shall help promote his physical, moral, spiritual, intellectual and social growth in the academe.

6. It shall maintain and guarantee the employee's equal access to opportunities for academic growth and personality development.

7. It shall adhere to the policy of assisting all faculty and staff in the attainment of their projects and activities through leans and/or other means.
