All aspiring graduates must present their Official School ID & COR, completed 201 files, Curriculum checklist (c/o REG), Application for Graduation & CCI (c/o REG), and approved Thesis/Research Paper with approval sheet. No outstanding balance and strict compliance with prescribed attire and proper grooming are required.

✔ Between 16-65 years old
✔ At least 110 lbs (50kg) 1
✔ Pass the physical and health history assessments.

👉 Get plenty of sleep the night before blood donation.
👉 Eat a healthy meal before giving blood.
👉 Drink plenty of water before the blood donation.
👉 Avoid drinking alcohol or caffeine before giving blood (24hrs).
