ECCD City of San Fernando Pampanga

The City Social Welfare and Development Office-Early Childhood Care and Development Section launched its annual Bayanihang Bulilit earlier today, May 11, 2026 in all Child Development Centers in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

Bayanihang Bulilit is an annual community event that embodies the spirit of "BAYANIHAN" it is held just before the commencement of the school year. This event unites individuals within the community to partake in the rejuvenation of their Child Development Centers.

By participating in Bayanihang Bulilit, each member of our community becomes a vital contributor to the growth and well-being of our children, laying the foundation for a brighter future together.

ADVISORY: Please be informed that all ECCD facilities (Child Development Centers/Day Care Centers) in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga are temporarily closed, as all Child Development Teachers (CDTs) have been deployed to support Social Welfare Barangay Augmentation activities, particularly in the implementation of community-based welfare programs and services..

NOTE: All parents or guardians who are interested to register their children in ECCD programs may still visit their nearest barangay to secure a copy of the registration form.
