Government work in the local government shall adopt a 𝘀𝗸𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲 but 𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 for government continuity such as budget, accounting, and treasury and those involved in the 𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 which includes CDRRMO, CHO, CSWDO, Engineering, General Services Office, and City Information Office are not covered by the skeletal scheme and 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆.

No Face-to-Face Classes in All levels, in Private and Public Schools recommending institutions to shift to Alternative Learning Modes if needed.

Government work in the Local Government shall adopt a Skeletal Work Arrangement Scheme but essential offices for government continuity such as budget, accounting, and treasury and those involved in the emergency and response operations which includes CDRRMO, CHO, CSWDO, Engineering, General Services Office, and City Information Office is not covered by the skeletal scheme and shall operate at full capacity.

Work arrangements for national line agencies are not covered by this order.

Due to the resurgence of the Habagat and expected continued light to moderate, at times heavy, rains, which may hinder mobility and compromise student safety, FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES in ALL LEVELS in PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SCHOOLS is hereby SUSPENDED on August 28, 2026 (Friday).

SCHOOLS ARE ALSO ENCOURAGED TO ADOPT OTHER LEARNING MODALITIES AND WORK ARRANGEMENTS TO ENSURE LEARNING CONTINUITY WHILE ENSURING SAFETY OF BOTH LEARNERS AND TEACHING AND NON-TEACHING PERSONNEL.

ANG PAGSUSPINDE NG KLASE SA LAHAT NG ANTAS SA PAMPUBLIKO AT PRIBADONG PAARALAN AY NASA PAGPAPASYA NG MGA SCHOOL HEADS, PRINCIPALS AT COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY PRESIDENTS.

Ang desisyong ito ay bunga ng pagbibigay prayoridad sa kaligtasan at seguridad ng mga mag-aaral, kaguruan at manggagawa lalo na sa mga lugar na patuloy pa ring nakararanas ng epekto ng nakaraang pag-ulan na nagdulot ng pagbaha. Inaanyayahan din ang mga pinuno ng mga institusyon na isaalang-alang ang pisikal at natural na sitwasyon sa pagpapatupad ng lokal na suspensyon ng klase.

Alinsunod ito sa Executive Order No. 66, s. 2012 na nagbibigay-kapangyarihan sa mga lokal na pamahalaan na magdeklara ng lokal na suspensyon ng klase batay sa aktuwal na kondisyon ng panahon at kaligtasan sa kani-kanilang nasasakupan.
