𝐎𝐒𝐒𝐀 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭-𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐬

𝐎𝐧 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟏𝟓, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, first-year students and transferees gathered at the covered court gymnasium for the General Orientation, organized by the Office of Student Services and Affairs (OSSA).

𝐒.𝐀.𝐅.𝐄. 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐥𝐨 𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐨 𝐉𝐑 began the program by clarifying the misconception vs reality about the guidance counseling and discussing the services offered by the school's Guidance Office.

Following this, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐋𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧 introduced the library's facilities and explained the proper arrangement and organization of books.

𝐀𝐧𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐭 𝐏. 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐳𝐚, 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐍𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞, emphasized the importance of maintaining good health throughout the academic year. She also introduced the 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 (𝐌.𝐄.𝐑.𝐓.) and explained its role in ensuring the safety and well-being of students.

𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐥 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐝, 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲, reminded students about the school's dress code and emphasized that security personnel are there to help and protect them, highlighting that "the security guard is a friend, not a foe."

Furthermore, 𝐀𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐬, 𝐃𝐑𝐑𝐌 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫, encouraged students to remain alert, prepared, and informed in times of emergencies and disasters.

Meanwhile, 𝐄𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨, 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫, presented the various scholarship programs available to students, along with their corresponding qualifications and application requirements.

Lastly, 𝐎𝐒𝐒𝐀 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐉𝐨𝐞𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐨 discussed the different student offenses and their corresponding disciplinary sanctions as outlined in the Student Handbook. To conclude the seminar, he rewarded students who actively participated by answering questions with bookmarks.

The orientation served as an opportunity for first-year students and transferees to become familiar with the school's services, policies, and support systems, helping them begin their academic journey well-informed and prepared.

CPSU San Carlos Campus conducted its first Flag Raising Ceremony on July 20, 2026.

Students boarding in So. Panoolan and Brgy. Buluangan must submit a certification letter issued and signed by their landlady or landlord. The certificate must confirm the student's residency and include the complete list of all CPSU student tenants in the boarding house. Only students who submit this requirement will be eligible for a Gate Pass.
Please ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete to avoid delays in the processing of your application.

The letter format will be disseminated through the respective department officers.
