Several librarians from the University of the East Department of Libraries conducted their annual outreach program at The United Church of Manila on May 13, 2026 with the theme, "Preserving Heritage with Heart: A Library-Museum Project for The United Church of Manila."

𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗨𝗘 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞 𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗞 𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗟𝗘 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗠𝗔𝗬

In light of the national call for energy conservation, everyone within and beyond the UE community is advised that the Four-Day Work Week schedule will take effect across offices of the University's Manila and Caloocan campuses starting in the first week of May 2026.

Specifically, UE's Manila and Caloocan offices will be open on Tuesdays to Fridays, with business hours for the general public still being 8 a.m. to 12 noon and 1 to 5 p.m.

Offices of the two UE campuses will be closed on Mondays. Thus, the University's first working day in the new month will be May 5, 2026.

Exceptions from the four-day work week are both campuses' respective Admissions Offices, which will also be open on Saturdays at the said office hours up to the coming enrollment-proper period.

This entire adjusted work week policy will be in effect until further notice.
