Matagumpay ang International Coastal Clean-up 2025 sa SM by the Bay! Isang malaking pasasalamat sa lahat ng nakiisa—mula sa maliliit na hakbang hanggang sa malalaking ambag para sa kalikasan. 💚

📸 Special mention kay Simon Jimenez, na tunay na masipag at masigasig sa buong clean-up. Makikita sa mga larawan ang dedikasyon mo—saludo kami sa’yo! 👏

💡 Tandaan: Kahit ang simpleng pagtatapon ng candy wrapper sa tamang basurahan ay may malaking epekto. Araw-araw, may pagkakataon tayong maging bayani para sa kalikasan.

🌱 Hindi dito nagtatapos ang laban para sa mas malinis na mundo—ito pa lang ang simula!

ABE 231 had the opportunity to attend a special lecture hosted by the DLSU Department of English and Applied Linguistics (DEAL), featuring Dr. Dave Kenneth Tayao Cayado, a graduate of Queen Mary, University of London. His talk, titled “𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗴 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆,” offered an engaging exploration of linguistics through both visual and auditory lenses. 👀👂

This ABE 231 initiative has been nothing but a clear-cut insightful, fascinating, and intellectually stimulating experience; contributing to their individual and collective growth and development as English Majors and Future Linguists.
