Donations may be dropped off at the Security Office in UE Manila.

UE OECO officers delivered an initial batch of relief goods this yesterday morning, December 20, 2021. Additional donations will gladly be accepted and will also be delivered this week as well.

IT students dominate inter-college Mobile Legends tournament
by RW News Team

A group of Information Technology (IT) students has emerged as champion in the 2021 Battle of the East: The Rise of New Legendary Warriors championship match held last Sunday, October 3.

Puhas Predator bested seven other participating programs to secure the championship title in the inter-college Mobile Legends tournament.

The squad consists of IT freshmen Mark Jester Sanchez, Andrei John Lloyd Soliman, Christian Paolo Gabatin, Zaimon Dirk De Dios, and Kyle Kesler Sawalan.

Larbac Esports, composed of third-year Tourism students Jerald Jet Jimenez, Jerome Dela Cruz, Ryan Sicat, Laurence Dionisio, Patrick John Fernandez, and Ryan Jumer Manahan, placed second in the competition.

Meanwhile, CS Bros, consists of Computer Science seniors Philip Justin Guiang, Andrei Renz Tolledo, Cariel Payumo, Camilo Pacquing, August Cristopher Tela, and Peter Zamora, finished as second runner-up.

The three-day tournament was facilitated by the UE-Manila College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) and College of Computer Studies and Systems (CCSS) student councils, in partnership with the UE International Game Developers Association (IGDA).
