The Student Affairs Unit (SAU) reminds all Program Local Councils and Officers of Recognized Clubs and Organizations to submit their proposed Officer T-Shirt Design to the SAU Office for review and approval.

The Student Affairs Unit (SAU) successfully conducted the Student General Orientation for the First Semester of Academic Year 2026โ€“2027 at the SICC Auditorium.

The Student Affairs Unit (SAU) reminds all students who will be conducting a research survey to accomplish the Official Research Survey Waiver before collecting any survey data.

First Semester, A.Y. 2026โ€“2027

The Student Affairs Unit (SAU) reminds all First-Year Students and Transferees to submit your Semestral Waiver, duly notarized by an attorney, on or before August 10, 2026 (Monday).

๐Ÿ“ฒ Scan the QR code on the poster to download your Semestral Waiver.

๐Ÿ“Œ Requirements for Notarization

Dependent Waiver

โœ… The parent or legal guardian must be present during notarization.
โœ… Bring one (1) valid ID of your parent or legal guardian.

Independent Waiver

โœ… Bring your Student ID or any valid government-issued ID.
โœ… Secure an Affidavit of Independency from the attorney during the notarization process.

โš ๏ธ Important Reminder:
๐Ÿ“„ Prepare four (4) printed copies of your Semestral Waiver. All copies must be presented during notarization.

๐Ÿ“ข Second-Year and Fourth-Year students who have not yet submitted their notarized Semestral Waiver are also encouraged to comply and submit their documents to the Student Affairs Unit (SAU) Office as soon as possible.
