Another successful event at Datu Batugan ES! 🎉 We just wrapped up our 1st General PTA Meeting and PTA Election of Officers today, July 28, 2024.

Thanks to all the parents who participated and made this a productive gathering. We're excited to work together to support our learners and make this a great school year! 💪

A new school year begins! 🎉 Under the guidance of our visionary Schools Division Superintendent Sahanee Sumagayan Sahanee Sumagayan Fz Tim , we kicked off the first day of service at Datu Batugan ES today, July 28, 2024.

We, the teachers, are incredibly grateful for the incredible support we received during Brigada Eskwela under the theme "Bayanihan Para sa Matatag na Paaralan." Your dedication and hard work truly shone through!

A special shout-out to our dedicated parents for your tireless efforts in making our school a cleaner and more welcoming environment for our students. Your contributions were invaluable!

We also extend our deepest gratitude to the men in uniform from the PNP Saguiaran Mps and Bfp Barmm Saguiaran Firestation for your significant help in ensuring our school was spotless for the opening of the 2024-2025 school year. Your commitment to our community is truly inspiring!

Following DepEd Memorandum No. 032 s.2024 - Enrolment Guidelines for School Year 2024-2025, the school shall open its table for incoming learners from July 3-26, 2024.

- 5 Years old on or before September 30, 2024
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Accomplished Basic Education Enrollment

GRADE 1

- Kindergarten Report Card / ECCD Checklist with LRN
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Accomplished Basic Education Enrollment

GRADE 2 - 6
- SF 9 (Progress Report Card)
- Accomplished Confirmation Slip

TRANSFEREE & BALIK-ARAL

- KSF 9 (Progress Report Card)
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Accomplished Basic Education Enrollment

Note: You can get the Basic Education Enrollment Form (BEEF) - kinder, grade 1, and transferees and Confirmation Slip - Grade 2 to grade 6 from the Faculty Office upon enrolment.

FOR IN-PERSON ENROLLMENT:
You may visit our school from 8:00 AM to 12:00 noon from July 7 until July 26, 2024 and look for the FACULTY OFFICE.
