Three days. Countless preparations, revisions, document checking, interviews, monitoring, pressure, and prayers — and finally, another Internal Quality Audit successfully concluded.

This achievement was never the work of one person alone. Behind every compliant document, every answered question, and every improvement made is a team that chose commitment, cooperation, and excellence despite the stress and sleepless nights.

Grateful to all the auditors, Manny Bontuyan Matugas, Navarro , Amer U. Fatalla,unit heads, faculty, staff, and students who worked tirelessly and extended their support throughout the entire audit process. Every challenge became lighter because of teamwork and shared dedication.

This audit reminded us once again that quality is not just about compliance — it is about consistency, accountability, and the willingness to continuously improve.

Held last September 29–30, 2025, this milestone reflects our passion for continuous improvement!

From insight to action💪

On September 5, 2025, Palawan State University – Roxas Campus warmly welcomed the Office Heads of PSU Coron Campus for an ISO Benchmarking Activity. It was a day of collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and building stronger partnerships for quality service and excellent education.

Led by Campus Director Dr. Flornita N. Ferrer, PSU Roxas introduced the Unit Heads and the five Program Heads who proudly presented their respective offices, programs, and systems. The Coron team also toured key offices and units — including the Director’s Office, Records, QMS, Quality Assurance, Registrar, Finance (Cashier and Assessment), HRMDO, Library, Extension and Research Office, Student Services, Production, ICTO, Guidance and Admission Office, Medical and Dental Clinic, Security Services, Supply Office, School Publication Office, and the HM and Crime Laboratories — each showcasing documentation practices and best processes that drive continuous improvement.

The activity concluded with an exchange of certificates, a memorable group photo opportunity, and a heartfelt reminder that actual growth happens when PSU campuses work together as One PSU Family.
