In a dazzling celebration of talent, dedication, and heart, Capiz State University (CAPSU) proudly claims First Runner-Up Overall in the recently concluded Regional Association of State Universities and Colleges (RASUC) VI Culture and the Arts Festival and Conference 2026.

This achievement is more than just a tally of awards. It is the result of countless hours of practice, unwavering perseverance, and the relentless dedication of each and every CAPSU participant who poured their heart and soul into every performance. Their victories, laudes, and accolades were earned not only through skill but through sportsmanship, camaraderie, and the courage to shine together as one heart for Western Visayas.

May this triumph stand as a testament to CAPSUโ€™s enduring legacyโ€”not just as a center of quality education, but as a home for champions, a cradle for world-class performers, and a community that nurtures excellence in every field.

Special recognition goes to our esteemed President, Dr. Efren L. Linan, whose untiring support and steadfast belief in the talents of our students have inspired every CAPSUnian to dream bigger and reach higher. To the coaches, mentors, and parents who have patiently honed, guided, and nurtured our young performers, your devotion has shaped these champions and made this success possible.

We also honor the unsung heroes behind the scenesโ€”the drivers for their untiring dedication in ensuring safe and timely accommodations, the kitchen brigade for providing sumptuous and nutritious meals that fueled every performance, and the support staff whose tireless efforts kept everything running smoothly. Your contributions, though often unseen, were vital in making this achievement a reality.

CAPSU celebrates not just the victories, but the journeyโ€”the laughter, the tears, the late nights, and the unbreakable bonds forged along the way. To our students: your hard work has made every heartbeat of this University proud.

Hereโ€™s to excellence, to passion, and to a legacy that will shine for years to come.

Congratulations to one and all! ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’›
