Isang panibagong karangalan ang naihatid sa ating rehiyon matapos masungkit ni Angel B. Villagracia ang bronze medal sa 100-meter hurdles (secondary girls) sa ginanap na palarong pambansa sa Agusan Del Sur.

Hindi rin matatawaran ang suporta at paggabay ng kanyang mga coach na sina Jeje H. Progio at Fritz Dorado, na naging malaking bahagi ng kanyang tagumpay sa nasabing laban.

Muli, isang patunay ito ng patuloy na pag-angat ng talento ng mga batang atleta sa ating rehiyon sa larangan ng palakasan.

Precision, poise, and partnership took center stage as Western Visayas Regional Athletic Association (WVRAA) dancers Meljohn E. Ruado and Justine Faye A. Besana showcased an impressive performance in the Secondary Dancesport competition of Palarong Pambansa 2026.

With every turn executed flawlessly and every movement synchronized to perfection, the pair captivated both judges and spectators, earning a well-deserved bronze medal. Their routine reflected countless hours of training, discipline, and trust—qualities that define excellence in dancesport.

More than a display of technical skill, their performance highlighted the importance of teamwork and chemistry on the dance floor. Each step told a story of determination and dedication, proving that success is achieved when talent meets hard work.

As they proudly represented Western Visayas, Ruado and Besana added another achievement to the region’s growing list of accomplishments, inspiring fellow athletes to pursue their goals with passion and perseverance.

Their bronze-medal finish stands as a testament that in dancesport, victory is not only measured by medals but also by the grace, rhythm, and heart shown in every performance.

A clean school is a shared responsibility. 💙

As part of the ongoing 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗘𝘀𝗸𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗮 2026, students, teachers, parents, volunteers, and stakeholders came together for a school-wide general cleaning activity to prepare Capiz National High School for the opening of classes. 🏫

Armed with brooms, dustpans, and helping hands, the 𝘾𝙖𝙥𝙞𝙨𝙖𝙮𝙣𝙤𝙣 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙚𝙙 𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝙗𝙮 𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚 in cleaning classrooms, hallways, school grounds, and learning spaces to ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for every learner. 🤝

More than just sweeping floors and collecting waste, this activity reflects the 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘦 𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘳𝘪𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘣𝘢𝘺𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘩𝘢𝘯. Every act of service, no matter how small, contributes to building a better school community where learning can thrive. 🎗️

Together, we do not only clean our surroundings—we strengthen our sense of 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿. ✨
