Congressman Ramon A. Arnaldo High School proudly expresses its full support for the Department of Education’s Academic Recovery and Accessible Learning (ARAL) Program through the successful conduct of the ARAL Program Orientation held on May 5, 2026. The activity gathered Junior High School ARAL tutors, Summer Remedial Class tutors, parents, and learners to strengthen collaboration and ensure the effective implementation of the 20-day learning intervention program aimed at improving learners’ literacy, numeracy, and academic performance. Through the collective efforts of educators, parents, and the community, the school continues its commitment to helping every learner recover, improve, and succeed academically.

𝑨 𝒏𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝒇𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒅 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒎𝒕𝒉, 𝒑𝒓𝒊𝒅𝒆, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒈𝒆𝒏𝒖𝒊𝒏𝒆 𝒉𝒐𝒔𝒑𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚 ✨

𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐀. 𝐀𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐝𝐨 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 successfully hosted the Welcome Party for the 𝐌𝐈𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐎𝐏𝐀 Delegation for the 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬. The event opened with a heartfelt Welcome Address from 𝑴𝒓. 𝑨𝒍𝒆𝒙 𝑩. 𝑩𝒐𝒓𝒅𝒂, Principal IV, who warmly greeted the delegates and expressed the school’s joy in hosting such a prestigious gathering.

This was followed by an inspiring message from 𝑫𝒓. 𝑹𝒐𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒐 𝑩. 𝑱𝒂𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒂, OIC – Assistant Schools Division Superintendent of SDO Antique, who extended his warm welcome and shared words of encouragement to all participants, uplifting their spirits as they take part in the festival.

The evening came alive with captivating intermission performances by the CRAAHS Hinugyaw Dance Troupe, showcasing the rich culture and talent of the school.

A meaningful highlight of the program was the Response from the Visiting Delegation, delivered by 𝑴𝒓. 𝑱𝒐𝒉𝒏 𝑺. 𝑬𝒗𝒊𝒐𝒕𝒂, EPS – Science and MIMAROPA Focal Person, who conveyed gratitude and appreciation for the warm reception.

Also present during the event were the distinguished Education Program Supervisors of MIMAROPA, adding honor and significance to this special gathering.

Indeed, the night was not only a welcome program but a celebration of unity, culture, and shared commitment to excellence in education.

Every room has been carefully arranged and thoughtfully prepared to ensure comfort, creating a space where our guests can truly feel at home throughout their stay.

With genuine hospitality, the dedicated faculty and staff are more than ready to extend their assistance, ensuring that each delegate experiences a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable stay. Their enthusiasm reflects the school’s commitment to service, excellence, and care for every guest.

Adding to this, the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) officers are on standby, eager and ready to guide, assist, and support the delegates at all times. Their presence ensures that our guests feel not only welcomed, but also safe, valued, and well-accompanied.

As we open our doors, Congressman Ramon A. Arnaldo High School proudly stands ready to cater to the needs of the MIMAROPA delegation, providing not just accommodation, but a warm community that celebrates camaraderie, culture, and excellence for NFOT 2026.
