Pursuant to CAPSU Memo Order No. 2026-04-2073, an Interim Flexible Work Arrangement for administrative personnel shall be implemented from April 20, 2026 to July 31, 2026, in response to the declared national energy emergency.

Adoption of 𝐁𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 pursuant to Memorandum Order No. 2026-04-2068, effective April 20, 2026.

𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 – for all non-laboratory subjects
𝐇𝐲𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐩 – for all laboratory subjects
Graduate programs shall be primarily conducted online

This arrangement will be observed until the end of Academic Year 2025-2026.

Capiz State University (CAPSU) reverts to the standard 8-hour onsite work schedule on March 30–31 and April 1, 2026.

Onsite operations are likewise suspended on April 2–3, 2026 in observance of Maundy Thursday and Good Friday.
